DO YOU PROVIDE FREE CONSULTATIONS BEFORE WE DECIDE ON A HOME CARE PROFESSIONAL?

Yes. Our Client Care Coordinator will complete a complimentary in-home consultation to discuss your care needs.

TELL ME ABOUT YOUR CAREGIVERS

All Alana Home Care caregivers are insured, bonded, and covered by workers compensation. Our hiring process includes ground check, registry checks, reference checks, and more.

WHAT SHOULD I CONSIDER WHEN CHOOSING A HOME CARE PROVIDER?

When choosing a home care provider, in addition to the personalized services you need for you or a loved one, consider the staff hiring process, and your accessibility to tracking of services and time. Quality and safety should be your highest priority.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HOME CARE SERVICES AND HOME HEALTH SERVICES?

Home care provides non-medical services, allowing senior adults to age in their own homes with personalized, one-on-one care that improves safety and independence while also offering a continuum of care. Home health offers skilled medical services.

HOW MUCH WILL HOME CARE SERVICES COST?

Everyone’s care needs are different. For that reason, it is difficult to say how much care will cost without learning more about the services needed. Please contact our office to speak with us further. We can also schedule a complimentary in-home assessment to obtain a better understanding of one’s care needs to help determine the cost of the service.

IS A PHYSICIAN’S REFERRAL/PRE-AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED FOR HOME CARE?

No, only medical Home Health requires a physician's order. Our Home Care service is private-duty, and anyone can use it without a doctor's order or supervision.

HOW IS THE PRIVACY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION MAINTAINED?

Our Alana Home Care Client Care Coordinators are trained on HIPAA, client rights, and confidentiality upon hire.

IS YOUR AGENCY LICENSED BY THE STATE

Yes. Alana Home Care is licensed by the state of Tennessee. We accept private pay at this time (credit card, debit card, or check).
